    This was great to see and presents the first challenge in maintaining the episode guide in the presence of new information. In addition to this contestant’s name and secret, we now know the sponsor for this episode.

    Since we don’t have the entire episode (yet), my normal response would be to convey this information in a footnote rather than create a detailed entry for only part of an episode. Then I would add the contestant’s name and secret to the index.
